I haven't needed computer repair in a long time so I had to look for a new place. I called J's computer and talked to the owner and he said bring it in and he'll get it back up and running. He did an excellent job and actually my computer is running better then it was. He realized my water cooling unit wasn't working and my other case fan was not working also,so he replaced and added some and now it's running smooth and staying cool. He also fixed an issue that my computer would reboot itself when starting up.I would recommend J's for any computer repair. He also does not overcharge you which is really nice. I'm glad I found a new place to take my computer to get worked on. He is a small business and takes very good care of your needs and it shows in his work and service.Thanks again for your excellent work and service.

Awesome guy very knowledgeable and if something isn’t right he’ll fix it no worries I definitely highly recommend him to anyone who needs any help with anything that has to do with a computer rather it’s updates or putting pieces and parts together into a new tower for gaming or just in general he’s fantastic and he is absolutely reasonably priced so if you’re on a budget and can’t afford a lot he’ll help you out…. So before you go anywhere else just call or text him first I guarantee you will get the best for a lot less and more. My computer broke down, that same day I called Jeremy and he hustled to get us in and fix our computer! He quoted us a price to fix our problems and after walking us through step by step process of what needed done, he quoted us a very fair price and got straight to work. While also updating us every step of the way. I was able to pick it up that next morning in working order and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Jeremy! 10/10 recommended for all my future work on computers.

My computer blue screened on me on Mother's day, but thankfully Jeremiah was willing to come out to fix my boot disk issue.. My computer was a wreck with dust but he was very kind and got it as good as new. While he did warn me the issue may repeat, he was pretty sure the 5 years of heavy dust was the real issue.

Five Stars doesn't do this justice. I had an internal power surge that required a lot of troubleshooting and personal time from the technician. They were patient, available by phone, timely, and very respectful. I will not only use this company for issues in the future, I plan to do more to share information about their service. TLDR Highly recommend this very patient and impressive hardware computer company.

I was really surprised with how fast he had my phone fixed he also fixed an Xbox for me a while back very helpful will only take electronics that need fixed to him

At first I wasn't sure about Jeremy. He came to my house and said he thought he had removed the virus from my phone but it came back. But after more visits and spending a lot of his time, he did remove the virus. He even hooked up my Ring doorbell for me! I ended up being very happy with his service and would definitely recommend.
